This opportunity is for the installation of a water tank integration and booster pump system at the U.S. Embassy Pretoria, managed by the U.S. Mission South Africa. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Mission South Africa, Pretoria office - OEMs and Vendors: - DAB (manufacturer of Esybox Max booster pumps) - Products/Services Requested: - Two DAB Esybox Max booster pumps (mounted on DAB Esytwin platform for redundancy and variable flow) - One three-stage industrial water filtration system (includes sediment pre-filter, activated carbon filter, and fine filtration/polishing filter, with all housings, fittings, and pipework) - Installation services: connect existing water storage tank to building water system, install pipework, valves, bypass system, electrical connections, commissioning, pressure testing, and provide documentation and warranties - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with South African National Standards and safety regulations - System must ensure water circulation, prevent stagnation, maintain water quality, and provide reliable supply during municipal outages - Installation must include commissioning and testing, with full documentation and warranties

The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to provide services in relation to Plumbing and watertank installation:

The purpose of this project is to connect the existing water storage tank to the warehouse water distribution system. The installation will ensure water circulation throughout the building to prevent stagnation and water quality deterioration, and to provide a reliable water supply during municipal water outages

Note that NO DEPOSIT payments will be authorized.

The Embassy issues only fixed priced contracts; therefore, you must confirm that your prices will remain fixed. The US Embassy will make no provision for fluctuations in price or exchange rates once the order has been placed. If your price is dependent on these fluctuations, you MUST make provision for possible increases in your quoted price.

Available Payment methods:

EFT – Payment will be made within 30 calendar days after delivery of goods and/or services AND receipt of invoice, whichever is later.
