The City of Pine Bluff, Arkansas is requesting qualifications and proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform Single Audit services in accordance with Government Auditing Standards (Yellow Book) and 2CFR Part 200, subpart F. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at the Office of the City Clerk. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when determined to be in the best interest of the City.
