The project includes installation of approximately 3,700 linear feet of 12-inch ductile iron waterline, 20,000 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron waterline, 1,150 linear feet of 8-inch PVC waterline, 500 linear feet of 3-inch PVC waterline, and various fire hydrants, fittings, and valves. The estimated construction cost is approximately $3.1 million with a construction duration of 180 days. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on August 18, 2026, at the office of Halff Associates, Inc., Little Rock, AR, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
