The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction project titled Cedar City Armory Roof Replacement at the Utah National Guard Cedar City, Utah. The project involves removing old BUR and modified bituminous and insulation down to sheathing and installing a new 30 year 90 mil PVC membrane with additional insulation to achieve R30 as per DFCM standards.
