Description
Salt Lake County, on behalf of Emergency Management Services, plans to contract with a qualified firm to establish an Emergency/Crisis Communications plan to better prepare Salt Lake County leadership and communications teams for a wide range of emergencies and incidents that could impact county services, employees, and citizens. The scope includes establishing the communications team structure, protocols for information dissemination, reviewing likely threats, best practices for active shooter scenarios, creating messaging templates, and documentation for incident activities.
