Description

This solicitation is for evaluation and testing services for vaccines and biologics targeting infectious diseases. The contract supports product development services from early feasibility studies through activities required for submission of Biologic License Application (BLA) and/or Investigational New Drug (IND) applications. The goal is to facilitate the development of new vaccine candidates and biologics against agents of bioterrorism and emerging infectious diseases. The work is funded by the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and covers biodefense, biotechnology, emerging infectious diseases, immunization, infectious diseases, prevention, translational research, and vaccine-related categories.
