Description

Metro is inviting bids for general repairs and maintenance services for the Oregon Convention Center, Portland Expo Center, and additional venues and locations owned by Metro. Services are requested on a scheduled basis and may also be requested on an emergency basis. Maintenance and repair services include patching, carpentry, masonry, sign installation, light interior fix-up work, finish carpentry, general metal work, concessions upgrades, general building maintenance, and wood paneling maintenance among others. The solicitation includes pre-bid site visits and a virtual conference for interested bidders.
