This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to establish a Pre-qualified List of outside legal counsel throughout the Province of British Columbia interested in providing ad hoc legal services on behalf of the Ministry of Attorney General. The legal services are for representation of children in care of the Director under the Child, Family and Community Service Act (CFCSA) in proceedings in the Provincial Court under the CFCSA and Family Law Act (FLA). All legal services will be performed at the request and under the direction of the Legal Services Branch (LSB). The RFQ includes various appendices and amendments, with the latest amendment extending the closing date to September 30, 2029.
