Carrier Sekani Family Services invites proposals from qualified modular design-build teams for a new 42-space childcare centre at 3590 Dufferin Avenue, Prince George, B.C. The facility will accommodate 29 children aged three to five and 13 infants and toddlers. The selected Design-Builder will act as the construction prime and will be responsible for the modular building, foundations, site and off-site construction, utility connections, delivery, installation, commissioning, and closeout, subject to the Owner-reserved services described in the RFP. Proposals must address the design approach and floor plan, materials and finishes, project team and capacity, methodology, schedule, pricing, relevant experience, and Indigenous participation. The target occupancy date is March 31, 2027.
