The Wyoming State Engineer’s Office (SEO) is seeking consultants to perform a groundwater study to assess corrective controls within groundwater control areas in Laramie County, Wyoming, as described in Wyoming Statute § 41-3-939. The procurement follows the Wyoming Professional Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying Services Procurement Act.
