The Town of Brookfield Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting sealed bids from qualified mobile food vendors for exclusive seasonal operation of Ice Cream Trucks and Food Trucks at designated Town-owned locations. Four permits will be awarded for the remainder of the 2026 season, excluding the Cadigan Park Food Truck location which will be bid in 2027. Separate bids are required for each location. The successful bidders will provide seasonal food services ensuring safe, high-quality, and professionally managed mobile vending operations at Brookfield Town Hall, Cadigan Park, and Grays Bridge Recreation Area.
