The City of Greenville Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting sealed bids for annual custodial and cleaning services for the Greenville SportsPark Center located at 6705 Monty Stratton Parkway, Greenville, Texas. Additionally, the City is seeking pricing for supplemental deep cleaning and window cleaning services for the Reecy Davis Center at 4320 Lee Street, Greenville, Texas. The contract may be awarded as a complete facility cleaning contract or by facility, service area, or service type, in the best interest of the City. The contract duration is for the fiscal year 2026/2027 with possible extensions for two additional 12-month periods.
