The State of Alaska, Department of Health, Division of Senior and Disabilities Services is issuing a Request for Information to gather information from qualified vendors capable of administering the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey in accordance with CMS Quality Measure Set requirements. The survey targets approximately 4600 Alaskans aged 18 and older who participate in various home and community-based services. Vendors are invited to provide details on their capabilities, experience, staffing plans, and estimated costs to support the administration, data validation, analysis, geographic stratification, and reporting of the survey results.
