The Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA), a Municipal Water District, is soliciting proposals for Engineering Consulting Services for the design and bid period assistance of the HVAC System Upgrade at the Carbon Canyon Water Recycling Facility (CCWRF) Operations and Blower Buildings. The scope includes detailed design, environmental review, HVAC control narrative and programming, asset management documentation, and engineering services during the bid and award phase.
