The City of Columbus is seeking qualified firms to provide design, engineering, and construction contract administration services for a major roof restoration project at the Woodrow Police Precinct. - Scope of Work: - Complete tear-down and replacement of approximately 170,000 square feet of roofing at 724 & 770 E.
