Summit County is requesting proposals to retain an experienced consulting firm or individual design professional to prepare sets of Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) plans. These pre-approved plans will be owned by the Summit County Housing Authority and made available to residents to streamline the permitting and design process for ADU construction.
