Description

The City of Kennewick is soliciting proposals for RFP 26-013 to replace the current Records Management and Corrections Management System for the Bi-County Police Information Network (BIPIN) Consortium, which includes various law enforcement agencies in Benton and Franklin Counties, Washington.
