Description
The City of Riverside is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct an independent, comprehensive performance assessment of the Community and Economic Development Department (CEDD). The assessment will evaluate organizational effectiveness, operational efficiency, accountability systems, workplace culture, leadership and supervisory practices, staffing and workplace stability, service delivery, communication practices, and compliance across all divisions within the Department. The selected consultant will provide an objective evaluation of current operations and organizational practices; assess implementation of recommendations from prior assessments; identify operational, managerial, fiscal, compliance, and workforce risk; and develop actionable recommendations to strengthen organizational performance, accountability, transparency, employee engagement, and public confidence.
