Description
The Contractor will support the Commerce Office of Economic Development and Competitiveness (OEDC) in developing a statewide strategic plan that identifies goals and strategies for state-supported economic development activities, informed by analysis of economic, workforce, and industry data. The project includes an inclusion plan and involves multiple commodity codes related to consulting and planning services. The scope covers strategic technology planning, accounting, administrative consulting, feasibility studies, governmental consulting, human relations and resources consulting, management, marketing, organizational development consulting, physical fitness programs, and urban planning. The work is to be performed in Washington State with services provided as needed.
