Howard County is seeking a qualified construction firm to build a new 71,476 square foot Community & 50 Plus Center located at 6365, 6371, and 6379 Old Washington Road, Elkridge, MD 21075. The project includes construction of the main building structure and interior spaces, development of parking facilities, installation of outdoor amenities, and completion of all required site work such as utilities, grading, stormwater management, and landscaping. Coordination with County representatives, design teams, and other involved parties is also required. Bids must include a bid bond or certified check amounting to 5% of the total bid.
