Description

The City of Omaha is requesting proposals from qualified companies to provide strategic communications, outreach, marketing, and related support services. The solicitation requires submission of a cost proposal as part of the response attachments. A bid bond or acceptable substitute is required, with specific conditions for the surety company and acceptable forms of bid security. The original bid bond must be delivered to the City Clerk within seven calendar days of the bid closing date. Questions must be submitted by July 14, 2026, and will be answered by July 23, 2026.
