UCLA is requesting written responses to a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select a Geotechnical Engineer for the West Valley Medical Center Master Plan Study located in West Hills, CA. The project includes construction of a new hospital and central plant, a new parking structure, and renovation of existing Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit buildings, along with site circulation and utility improvements.
