Description

The Desert Public Infrastructure District (Desert PID) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to construct the Mack Canyon Road Improvements as a complete turnkey public works project. The project involves approximately 7,900 linear feet of arterial roadway improvements within a 108-foot right-of-way near Mack Canyon Road and SR-138 in Grantsville, Utah. Work includes roadway construction, grading, excavation, culinary water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, regional drainage culverts, curb and gutter, sidewalk, shared-use path, street lighting, signing, striping, traffic control, erosion control, utility coordination, restoration, testing, and all other work required to deliver a fully operational public infrastructure corridor. The contractor must coordinate construction with Grantsville City, utility providers, adjacent property owners, and surrounding developments while maintaining public safety and access throughout construction.
