Description

The Municipality of the County of Kings is requesting non-binding proposals for detailed design and multi-year phased construction support services to upgrade its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The scope includes design, selection, construction tender development, support, and commissioning oversight of controls, instrumentation, hardware, and software to convert the existing Municipal-wide Surfline-based SCADA system hardware and software to VT SCADA for the Municipality’s infrastructure network.
