The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking Maintenance Management Services to support high standards of service excellence at the best cost. The services include maintenance for the Commission's urban sites and summer and winter maintenance of major federal institutions in the Capital, such as Parliament Hill. The contract requires effective maintenance and lifecycle management for a diverse mix of assets including urban conservation areas, naturalized meadow parkways, and heavily used downtown parks that host major national events. The objectives are to ensure public health and safety, protect and preserve assets, and provide an enjoyable experience of NCC sites in keeping with their role as part of the Nation's Capital.
