SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED TO PROVIDE THE OFFICIAL SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICITATION W912DR26RA061 IS HEREBY amended for the following: 1. update Attachment A as the official Specifications. 2. Attachment B is outdated and no longer valid and is hereby removed. 3. Also to remove Section 00 20 00 - Instructions for Procurements. 4. Updated Section 00 21 16 - Instructions to Proposers. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILL BE A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, DESIGN-BID-BUILD CONTRACT PROCURED VIA A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 15 AND THE TRADEOFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE RFP UNDER NAICS CODE 237990. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS $45,000,000.00.
