COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATIONTHE INCUMBENT CONTRACT WAS AWARDED TO ECO-FRIENDLY CLEANING SPECIALIST LLC FOR AN AGGREGATE TOTAL OF $57,344.40 FOR FIVE (5) YEARS. THE STATEMENT OF WORK WITHIN THIS SOLICITATION MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MODIFIED FROM THE INCUMBENT CONTRACT; THEREFORE, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT QUOTERS THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE STATEMENT OF WORK IN THIS SOLICITATION AND MAKE A SITE VISIT.Non-personal janitorial services at the National Weather Service (NWS) Weather Forecast Office (WFO) in W. Paducah, KY.(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 1305M326Q0322 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision of janitorial services.The Government intends to award a low price, technically acceptable, single firm fixed-price purchase order on an all or none basis with payment terms of Net 30.This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561720. The small business size standard is $22.0M. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
