The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, is seeking qualified vendors to provide and install two STERRAD NX AllClear low-temperature sterilizers and two STERRAD NX Systems carts for the Alexandria VA Health Care System in Pineville, LA. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Alexandria VA Health Care System, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 - OEMs and Vendors: - STERRAD (manufacturer of the NX AllClear sterilizer and Systems cart) - Products/Services Requested: - 2 x STERRAD NX AllClear low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers (Part Number: 10033-004-50) - 2 x STERRAD NX Systems carts (Part Number: 10311-50) - Installation and setup services for both units - OEM-certified operator training for staff and Biomedical Engineering - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Equipment must be new, authorized OEM products (no gray market or refurbished items) - Compliance with Buy American Act and Nonmanufacturer Rule - Installation must be coordinated with Biomedical Engineering and Sterile Processing Services - Installation required within 14 business days of delivery; training within 5 business days of installation - One-year warranty starting upon Government acceptance - Delivery and installation at Alexandria VA Medical Center, Pineville, LA
