The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/EBHTA) at Hill Air Force Base is seeking to upgrade its Integrated Telemetry Analysis System (ITAS): - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), EBHTA office - OEMs and Vendors: - Panasonic (for Toughbook rugged laptops) - Edge2 (for telemetry processing units) - Products Requested: - 4 Panasonic Toughbook rugged telemetry controller laptops (14" display, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 OS or equivalent) - 1 Edge2 Compact 1U 2-channel Receiver Decom Telemetry Processing Unit with IRIG Time Code Trans - 4 Edge2 Compact 1U 1-channel Receiver Decom Telemetry Processing Units with IRIG Time Code Trans - 3 Edge2 Compact 1U 2-channel Bit Sync Decom Telemetry Processing Units (dual-input PCM Databrick) - Notable Requirements: - All telemetry processing units must support L-S-C Bands, PCM/FM, SOQPSK, and BPSK demodulation, low latency audio, CH10 and TMoIP outputs - All units require external AC-DC power converter modules, BNC breakout cables, and rubber feet - Delivery required within 120 days of contract award; early delivery is authorized
