VA Nationwide Loan Servicing and REO Property Management Services Opportunity

This opportunity centers on the Department of Veterans Affairs' (VA) upcoming requirements for nationwide loan servicing and real estate owned (REO) property management under the Loan Guaranty Service (LGY). - The VA is seeking contractors for two major programs: - Portfolio Loan Servicing Contract (PLSC): - Servicing a portfolio of over 73,000 loans totaling $11.8 billion in unpaid principal balance (UPB) - Services include loan boarding, servicing (default and non-default), foreclosure management, loan sale assistance, accounting, and customer service - Requires nationwide licensing, secure information management systems with iFAMS interface, and compliance with VA/federal regulations - Includes origination and underwriting of Vendee loans for VA Real Estate Owned properties - Real Estate Owned (REO) Property Management and Asset Disposition: - Management of VA-acquired properties from foreclosure through sale - Services include property custody, securing, title acquisition, marketing, sales, eviction, litigation, and reporting - Requires robust information management systems, real-time reporting, and a $20 million corporate fund advance - Contractor must provide key personnel for project management, operations, title/closing, evictions, property preservation, and data analytics - Both contracts are anticipated to have a five-year period of performance (base year plus four option years), starting in FY27 - No specific OEMs, part numbers, or product quantities are listed; the focus is on comprehensive service delivery - The opportunity is nationwide and will require compliance with VA security, privacy, and financial accountability standards

The Department of Veteran Affairs is pleased to announce an upcoming in-person Industry Day for Loan Servicing and Real Estate Owned (REO). The purpose of this event is to provide industry partners with information regarding the program, gather feedback, and foster open communication between the government and industry.

Who Should Attend: All interested parties registered in SAM.gov. Attendance at this event is not mandatory however pre-approval is required to attend the event. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. Additionally, vendors may sign up for a 10-minute reverse industry day briefing slot.

Attendance at this event is not mandatory. Represented firms may register up to two (2) attendees. A limited number of reverse industry day slots are available. Please indicate your interest in a reverse industry day slot on your registration. These slots are first come first serve. Please note that by completing this form you are not guaranteed a seat at the event. Registration will close on 7 August 2026 at 12pm, or when max capacity (90 attendees) is reached, whichever comes first.  An email confirmation will be sent on 7 August 2026 with arrival instructions. Please do not plan to arrive before 8:15 am.
