This opportunity is for environmental waste management services at Fairchild Air Force Base, managed by the U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 92d Contracting Squadron (92 CONS LGC), Fairchild AFB, Washington - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive environmental waste services, including hazardous and regulated waste collection, disposal, and documentation - Parts washer and paint gun cleaner servicing (quarterly or semi-annual) - Collection and disposal of contaminated wastewater, used oil, contaminated fuel, glycol products, and de-icing fluid - Equipment maintenance, spill prevention, and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations - Products/Quantities (from Pricing Schedule): - Glycol products (not including de-icing fluid): 1,000 gallons - De-icing fluid: 7,000 gallons - Contaminated wastewater: 2,400 gallons - Used oil: 12,000 gallons - Contaminated fuel: 5,000 gallons - Gun wash: 4 units (5G, lacquer thinner, quarterly) - Brake wash: 2 units (10G, Armakleen, semi-annual) - Jet wash: 6 units (various capacities/solvents, semi-annual) - Cabinet and drum/sink: 30 units (various capacities/solvents, quarterly/semi-annual) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All hazardous waste must be transported to a state-permitted Treatment Storage Disposal Facility (TSDF) - Contractor must provide documentation, reporting, and respond to collection requests within 5 business days - Reimbursable parts and labor capped at $7,000 annually - Contract is set aside 100% for Small Business concerns - Evaluation based on price and Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) ratings - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are identified in the solicitation or attachments.
