The Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) at Seal Beach is seeking vendors to remove and replace two legacy uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (Seal Beach location) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs named, but the new UPS systems must be functionally equivalent to the Schneider Electric Galaxy VS UPS - Products/Services Requested: - Two new 40kW UPS systems (480/277V in/out, 4-wire) with 27-minute runtime at full load - Two new battery cabinets (combined width not exceeding 54 inches) - Removal and disposal of two existing legacy UPS systems and battery cabinets - Installation, network connection, and 7x24 startup/test of new UPS systems - On-site customer training for operation of new UPS systems - One-year manufacturer's warranty (parts and labor) - Three option years for comprehensive maintenance: semi-annual preventative maintenance, extended warranty, and on-site repair technician response within 24 hours - Unique/Notable Requirements: - UPS systems must be new (not refurbished) and functionally equivalent to the Galaxy VS UPS - Installation includes network connection and 7x24 startup/test - Preventative maintenance and extended warranty require on-site technician response within 24 hours or next business day - On-site customer training is required - All work to be performed during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 0800-1700)
