The Salt Lake City VA Health Care System (SLCVAHCS) requires one (1) modified vehicle (minivan classification) for adaptive driving and configuration for Veterans. An offeror would need to deliver the vehicle with modifications completed. The Contractor is responsible for all charges and fees related to disposal of materials generated by the Contractor.
