Description

This solicitation is for the demolition and replacement of the roofing system of Building 632 at Camp San Luis Obispo, California. The contractor is required to provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary to complete the work in accordance with the terms of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). A mandatory pre-bid job walk is scheduled for July 23, 2026, and the prime contractor must possess a type B - General Building Contractor license. Questions must be submitted by August 6, 2026, and the bid opening will be held on September 2, 2026.
