Description

The Family Assistance Program (FAP) services offer modeling and demonstrations to families in the areas of child nurturing, home management, nutrition, transportation, support attending hearings and medical appointments, and support utilizing community resources and Infant Safe Sleep practices. The awarded contractor will also provide Parenting Time support as needed to reduce the risk of child abuse and/or neglect and out-of-home placement. The geographic area for this program is Alcona and Iosco Counties.
