Page 1 of RFQ 36C26226Q1121 is issued to procure Dialysis Chairs in accordance with Sections B.2 and B.3 of the solicitation. Contractors must provide clear and compelling evidence demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements outlined in this solicitation. This requirement will be competed as a Brand Name or Equal, SDVOSB set-aside in the open market IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All quotes must be received no later than Monday, July 27, 2026.
