Description
This solicitation is for the development of a Low-Income Tax Clinic (LITC) at a Qualified LITC to assist low-income Pennsylvania taxpayers with state tax issues. The Qualified LITC will provide a full range of pro bono tax services, educate taxpayers on their rights and responsibilities, and analyze issues impacting low-income taxpayers. The clinic will also provide mid-point and final status reports to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. The project duration is 10 months, and the Qualified LITC must have the capability to perform all services as outlined in the statement of work.
