The State of Iowa is seeking eligible bidders for Institutional Footwear including Canvas, Deck, and Sandals. Various State of Iowa Agencies and Political Subdivisions provide footwear to incarcerated individuals and residents in multiple facilities. The contract(s) will be available to all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions. The contract term will begin on 12/01/2026 and end on 11/30/2027, with an option for up to five annual extensions.
