Description

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a vendor to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required to perform epoxy floor finish at Tremont Pool and Northam Park located at 2850 Tremont Rd. The work includes refinishing existing concrete floors with epoxy, cleaning floors, protecting fixtures, applying Sherwin Williams Hybri-Flex EC system, and cleanup. The project must be completed between September 9, 2026, and October 31, 2026, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. An optional pre-bid conference will be held on July 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM on site.
