Description
The City of Santa Rosa is seeking proposals to replace its existing Capital Improvement Program (CIP) application with a modern, commercially available software platform. The new system will serve as the central record for all capital project information and support project management, financial tracking, reporting, document management, and public transparency. The City prefers a configurable, off-the-shelf system that has been successfully deployed by other public agencies. Proposals relying mainly on custom software development or ground-up system creation may be considered non-responsive. The project is in the bidding stage with electronic submission, and the response deadline is August 27, 2026.
