The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District, is seeking qualified vendors to remove and replace oil storage and piping systems at the Coos Bay Dock, Oregon. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District (KO Contracting Division) - Scope of Work: - Remove and dispose of existing above ground storage tank (AST) and oil piping systems - Supply and install one new 550-gallon UL 142 certified double-walled used oil AST - Features: secondary containment, marine-grade corrosion-resistant coating, monitoring port, emergency shutdown valves, overfill prevention valve/alarm, integral steel skids - New tank to be installed on existing concrete pad and elevated by one foot - Install approximately 525 feet of new stainless steel oil piping systems - Includes about 250-275 feet of bilge oil piping and 275-300 feet of used oil piping - Grade 316/316L stainless steel, socket welded fittings, camlock quick disconnects, painted offsite - Includes all connections, valves, couplings, elbows, and pipe supports - Certified testing of all new installations post-completion - Notable Requirements: - All new equipment must meet UL 142 certification and marine-grade standards - Safety, quality control, and environmental protection measures are emphasized - Work must be completed within 180 days of contract award - No specific OEMs or part numbers are specified; vendors may propose compliant products - The procurement is set aside for SBA-qualified vendors

Request for Quotes: W9127N26QA118 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) – Portland District is requesting quotes from qualified vendors with the capability and availability to remove and replace existing oil piping and an oil tank located in Coos Bay, OR. The work includes removing and replacing approximately 275’ of bilge oil piping, connections, valves, couplings, elbows, and pipe supports, replacement of a 550 gallon used oil tank, re-using the concrete pad and elevating the new tank 1 foot, and replacing approximately 300’ of separate used oil piping, connections, valves, couplings, elbows, and pipe supports, as well as certified testing post installation. Work will be conducted from approximately 01 October 2026 – 30 March 2027.
