Main Treasury Vestibule Alterations and Secure Door Installation

This opportunity involves vestibule alterations and security upgrades at the Main Treasury building, managed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the General Services Administration (GSA). - Government Buyers: - U.S. Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Office of Procurement - General Services Administration (GSA) - OEMs and Vendors: - Corbin Russwin (specified for electrified mortise lockset hardware) - Products and Services Requested: - Construction services for vestibule alterations at Main Treasury 5436 - 1 3/4" acoustic steel door and steel frame (STC-50 Sound Group 4) - Door hardware set including Corbin Russwin electrified mortise lockset, power transfer, balanced magnetic switch, silencers, door bottom seal, and other STC-50 Level 4 hardware - 4" and 2" clear poplar door casings with acoustical caulk - STC-50 wall construction materials (multi-layer gypsum wallboard, metal studs, Rockwool insulation, plywood, acoustical sealant) - ADA/ABA compliant threshold (aluminum or stainless steel) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with Buy American construction material requirements and Department of Labor wage determinations - Security and technical standards: STC-50 sound rating, ICD/ICS 705 compliance, RF shielding, intrusion detection, and acoustic requirements - Historic preservation considerations for the federal building - Hardware must meet Federal Specification FF-L-2740 and UL 2050 standards - Site visit required prior to proposal submission - SBA set-aside for small business participation

Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management and supplies deemed necessary to complete the following: Main Treasury 5436 vestibule alterations as outlined in “MT 5436 Vestibule Alterations Drawings and Specifications dated 04-04-2026.

Period of Performance: One year (12-months) from date of award.

The contractor shall use the attached US Department of Labor Wage Determination: General Decision Number: DC20260002 dated May 18, 2026
