Description
This procurement is for a contractor to complete a culvert replacement on Highway 49 between Pelly and Norquay, Saskatchewan. The work involves the supply and installation of two 2400 mm diameter polymer laminated corrugated steel pipe culverts by open excavation of the roadway. The project includes removal and disposal of existing culverts, earth excavation, supply and placement of topsoil, earth embankment, granular base course, asphalt concrete, riprap, silt fence, and erosion control blanket installation. The work is expected to start as early as August 2026 and complete by October 1, 2026. The Ministry reserves the right to not proceed with advertising this work.
