The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services (ALSS) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide Career, Employment, and Information Services (CEIS) including Workforce Development Services, Resource Centre Services, Service Navigation, Exposure Courses, Career Development Services, Workforce Development Employment Activities, Workshops, Wraparound Services, Employer Services, and Retention and Sustainment Services to Albertans in suburban Edmonton areas: Sherwood Park and St. Albert. The procurement method is competitive open bidding, and two contracts will be awarded. The contract duration is 48 months, starting from September 1, 2026. Proposals must be submitted electronically by August 19, 2026.
