Description

This Request for Proposal is an invitation by BCNET to prospective Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Banking Services, as further described in Part 2 – RFP Particulars. BCNET is a not-for-profit, shared services organization representing colleges, universities, and research institutes in British Columbia. The RFP aims to select and negotiate with the top ranked Proponent to enter into a single Master Agreement that meets or exceeds the objectives of the RFP. BCNET will manage and administer the RFP process on behalf of its Members and may participate in the Master Arrangement during the term of the Agreement.
