Description

Collecto, a non-profit organization and public entity subsidiary, seeks a service provider with experienced professionals and technicians to optimize the use of various applications in the Zoho suite related to the organization's daily activities. The provider must understand the organization's business processes, validate their integration with Zoho cloud applications, assist in optimizing the use of relevant Zoho applications, help standardize practices, and configure or add functionalities to the Zoho suite as needed. The contract duration is 18 months with two optional 12-month extensions for additional hours. The provider's team must include a project manager, Zoho developer/integrator, business process improvement advisor, trainer, and finance specialist.
