Description

The City of Chisholm, Minnesota is soliciting bids for the construction of a new shared City Public Works Facility and School Bus Garage. The project will be awarded on a lump sum basis according to the terms and conditions in the bidding documents prepared by The Design Group, Inc. Bidders must provide a certified check, money order, or bid bond for at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the bid amount and comply with Minnesota Statutes regarding responsible contractor criteria and prevailing wage laws. The selected bidder will also be required to enter into a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
