Description

This solicitation is for the Citywide Slurry Seal project for fiscal year 2026-27 in the City of Temecula. The work includes furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals to perform crack sealing, pavement grinding and patching, pavement preparation and sweepings, slurry seal application, removal and replacement of pavement delineation, striping and pavement marking, traffic control, public notification, and associated work on various streets. The contractor is responsible for proper disposal of slurry residue and debris in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. The project requires a contractor license Class A, C-12, or C-32 and has an estimated value of $2,800,000 with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for each calendar day of delay.
