Catawba County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide professional services for the design and construction administration of a sanitary sewer force main conveyance system project. The project involves developing a Preliminary Engineering Report, engineering design, permitting, bidding assistance, construction administration, inspection services, and preparation of final record drawings. The force main will convey 1.5 MGD and be expandable to 3.0 MGD, connecting the future Slanting Bridge Sanitary Sewer Lift Station to the Hickory-Catawba Wastewater Treatment Plant.
