FEMA is seeking a contractor to replace the boiler system at its Bothell Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) Detachment facility in Washington. - Government Buyer: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Disaster Emergency Communications (DEC) Division, Bothell MERS Detachment - Products and Equipment Requested: - 95% high efficiency boiler with stainless steel ASME-rated heat exchanger (quantity: 1) - Variable speed circulating pump and trap (quantity: 1) - Stainless steel flue pipe and boiler venting system (quantity: 1) - Ancillary components: electrical wiring, conduit, condensate drain piping, and all system components for a complete operational boiler system (quantity: 1) - Services Requested: - Demolition and removal of existing boiler and venting - Installation of new boiler system, including reconnection to existing mechanical, gas, and electrical systems - System startup, commissioning, and safety verification - Site cleanup and compliant waste disposal - Unique/Notable Requirements: - New boiler must be at least 95% efficient and feature a stainless steel ASME-rated heat exchanger - All work must comply with federal, state, and local codes, including OSHA and Washington State safety requirements - Contractor must provide a one-year warranty on the new system - Work must be completed within 30-45 days of award, depending on notice to proceed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to qualified contractors able to meet the technical and regulatory requirements.

Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and any other items necessary to complete a boiler replacement at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Bothwell Mobile Emergency Response Support (MERS) Detachment facility, located in Bothell, Washington in accordance with the SOW and all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.
